His talks consistently offer paths into becoming fully present and at one with all that we are. He has a touching way of connecting people with what they need but cannot reach in themselves.

This short practice, created by Art of Being® founder, Alan Lowen, has one specific purpose: to give you a way to feel good in yourself no matter what is going on in your life right now. All you need is 15 minutes to yourself. When time is of the essence even 10 minutes could be enough, especially once you get used to the practice. It's a great little practice for the days when you're feeling good anyway and it's especially valuable when you're having a rough time for whatever reason. Part 1 is the essential introduction.
